Eden macht vieles richtig, einiges anders, zum Beispiel das Season System. Der Server bringt einige sogenannte Quality of Life -Improvements mit und schafft scheinbar seine Spielerbase zu halten.

DAoC auf Eden ist für alte Spieler wie mich vor allem eines: Nostalgie pur! Eden schafft es, die Nostalgie Gefühle hochzuhalten ohne der harten Realität (Monate mit grinden verbringen) nachzugeben. Das Leveln geht schnell, auch alleine. Alles ist schaffbar, der Frustlevel sehr gering. Wer also früher DAoC gespielt hat, muss nicht länger auf Camelot Unchained warten, springt ins Getümmel auf Eden!

    Hello,several times u spam amnesia on lurikeen pbaoes and they are still able to get some bombs through. even tho u hard spam amnesia without resist etc etc. here are screenshots of 1 situation.U see in chatwindow that i perma spam Wake oblivion (aoe amnesia) on the enemies. no resist. and the bomb still hits/kills the mid.Statistics: Posted by Jessov — Fri Jun 13, 2025 4:01 pm

    So i just turned in my quest from a few days ago for Kings Champion: into the Halls and the main quest inside Halls of Halgrath.     You're not wrong.With every class in the game, it is the first required RA. The game is balanced around everyone having it.It really is the illusion of choice. It isn't, by definition, a specialization since everyone gets it and needs it.     Since this game is unplayable without Purge and basically all fights rely on this one RA, why not give everyone Purge II or III when hitting level 50 and remove it as a trainable "Realm Ability"?Just a thought.     You can call it a historical standpoint, if you want. They are following the same trajectory that destroyed live and spawned free shards in the first place.It seems my "personal opinion" was and is shared by many.Ultimately, I'd like to play a fun version of DAoC, but if this is what it is going to be here I'm fine just not playing, too.
